David Marshall is CEO and CFO of Berrett-Koehler Publishers. Previously, he served as Vice President of Editorial and Digital at Berrett-Koehler Publishers, where he oversaw the publishing program that includes ebooks, audiobooks, self-assessments, online training summits and courses, and other video products.
