Timothy R. Clark is the founder and CEO of LeaderFactor, a leadership consulting and training organization, and works with leadership teams around the world. He earned a triple degree and first-team Academic All-America honors as a football player at Brigham Young University and completed a doctorate in social science from Oxford University. He is also the author of Leading with Character and Competence.

President and Publisher, Berrett-Koehler Publishers

Johanna Vondeling is Berrett-Koehler’s President and Publisher. Previously, she worked for Jossey-Bass (a Wiley imprint), W.W. Norton, and Holt, Rinehart, and Winston. She serves as Vice President for the Bay Area Women in Publishing and chairs that group’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is also Vice-Chair for the board at Heyday Books, for which she serves as chair of the Governance Committee.
